After PWD corporatised in 1999, she continued with the new company CPG Consultants Pte Ltd and was promoted to Senior Architect.<br><br>She handled projects ranging from designing office complexes for the Singapore Police Force and the Division HQ cum Fire stations for the Singapore Civil Defence Force.<br><br>She was specifically involved in the design, tender documentation and contract administration of the S$206M Police Cantonment Complex at New Bridge Road, an office cum operational base building for the Singapore Police Force with a total build-up area of nearly 100,000 m2. It comprises of a 25-storey tower with 9-storey podium office blocks and a 4-storey basement for carparking, services and operational areas. She was also the Project Architect for the S$92M Police Coast Guard Headquarters at Pulau Brani, with operational cum training facilities and wharf on a 8.1 Ha site and with  build-up area of 84,000 m2. In addition, she performed the role of Project Manager for another S$3M Police Coast Guard project.<br><br>In Aug 2006, she joined Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd. She handled several public housing upgrading projects with contract value ranging from S$ 6M to S$ 23M for Housing Development Board; and upgrading of a  hawker centre for National Environment Agency.<br><br>Joined SAA Architects in February 2008 and is currently involved in the design development of Flamingo Valley Condominium at Siglap Road. This is a S$ 110 M development comprises 4 blocks of 3-storey and  6 blocks of 5-storey flats, totalling 320 units with basement carparks & communal facilities. '    <td colspan="2" valign="top"><p align="justify">Graduated in 1987 and joined Consortium 168 Architect as Design Architect, and was responsible for the conceptual design and presentation of most of the large scale projects of the company.<br><br>In 1989, joined Ong & Ong Architects as the Chief Designer. As the company\'s lead designer, he was responsible for projects from conceptual stage all the way to develop designs to fruition.  Later appointed as the head of department to setup and oversees the entire Design Department of the company, a team of about 10 designers, ensuring quality control & standards and of timely delivery.<br><br>In 1996, become founding partner of Axis Architects & Planners to head the Design and Presentation department.<br><br>In 2000, founded AIP Studioworks offering Conceptual Design & Visualisation works. The studio provides services from computer animation, multimedia presentation, perspectives rendering to general design consultancy. The studio has the capability to provide on site consultancy involving direct design collaboration and participation in design characters to provide design idea and imagery from sketches to finished rendering.<br><br>Collaborated with SAA Architects as a Design Consultant for the past two years from 2006 - 2008, and the relationship has developed to a more permanent partnership in some landmark projects in Singapore and the whole of Asia. Some of the projects undertaken with SAA include The Tianjin Exchange Phase II, The Emperor Plaza in Tianjin, Junfa Tower in Kunming, Changchun Eco-city masterplan and the upgrading of Naval Base Secondary School.<br><br>In 2009, Andrew joined SAA as the Design Director to provide the leadership and strengthen the design capability of the company. Projects handled in his capacity as Design Director include The expansion of Hostel at Anglo Chinese School (Independent), Senja Green - HDB Public Housing at Bukit Panjang and the Redevelopment to Summer Palace comprising residential and service apartments, office tower and retail mall in Shenyang, China.</p></td>'+
