He has gone through all phases of building from inception to completion, particularly knowledgeable in authorities' compliances, design coordination and project implementation. His range of project type includes MRT City Hall Station and numerous commercial and residential projects. He started his career in the early 80s with SAA Partnership which is now named SAA Architects Pte Ltd and assisted in design and preparation of documentation of Singapore MRT Contract107B City Hall Station and Operation Control Centre / PUB Substation. He moved on to join Nishimatsu Construction Co Ltd, which he further enhanced his experience on design and coordination for Singapore MRT Contract 107B City Hall Station and Operation Control Centre / PUB Substation with Design Consultants, M/s YRM International (HK). During the mid 90s, he moved on to ACE Design & Project Management Consultants to focus more on design and project coordination. Thereafter, he went on to work in James Goh & Partners Pte Ltd whilst he was mainly involved in project management and contracts administration. He spent 10 years of his career in SA Chua & Associates; involving in numerous projects undertaken by the firm from design to project management and contracts administration. In August 2008, he re-joined SAA Architects and was handling the Serangoon Mall Project (NEX) at Serangoon Central which had obtained TOP in 2010.
